Care.Chain is a Proof-of-Competence chain, which enhances the Proof-of-Authority consensus to achieve healthcare compliance and adoption.

Competent validators can run nodes and earn fees by validating care events and transactions on the Care.Chain. Validators earn or lose reputation based on node uptime and speed. Validator must have a license to serve patients such as a Lab, Pharmacy, Diagnostic centre, Dialysis centre, Clinic, Hospital etc and must be currently handling patient data in a secure manner

Similarly, competent publishers such as doctors can publish Care.NFTs and earn fees when users use the NFT in their Care.Wallet. And competent reviewers can review Care.NFTs and earn review fees
